¨The project focus on enlargement and refurbishment of a terrace in a classical Buenos Aires old house. The upper floor takes on a new recreational character by incorporating an accessible roof with green spaces an orchard with his own irrigation system and expanding its living space by adding a grill and recreation deck. The new piece which links all the spaces and both levels is build with a light structure and resolves within access to housing space saving and staircase. Naturally illuminated by various windows in their facade. One of the most important factors for the economy and aesthetics of the project is the choice of materials using a cost - quality balance ; tinplate , machimbre pine wood and white plaster.¨
