Concept restaurant design helps prospective tenants visualize an unfinished retail unit in new mixed-use buildings. Developer asset managers hire us to design a concept that fits the base building architecture and dining needs of the local market aligned with their real estate broker's advise. We design visualizations and schematic floor plans for seat count with a functional bar, kitchen, and washrooms.
One concept in downtown Toronto was to position the restaurant for all day service as the space is located in a building with a major tech company. We planned the space to allow grab-and-go breakfast, café lunch, evening cocktail bar, sit-down dinner, and private event space.
Another concept was to position the restaurant as a pedestrian friendly bar-and-grille to compliment the building’s location in the St. Lawrence Market neighborhood in Toronto.
