Concepción emerges in a developing sector of the city, previously made up of infrastructure, warehouses and brown fields that still coexist. In this scenario of low urban qualification, Aisenson´s aim is to recompose the traditional block of Buenos Aires: square shaped, 100 m on each side, and with a great variety of uses. The building will act as an urban condenser, offering a new hub of highly dynamic urbanity. The site plan reinforces the foundational typology of our city: at the same time traditional and deep-rooted but also timeless and universally cosmopolitan, as Jorge Luis Borges describes them in his many stories and poems.
