Concentrix Office: Dance in Diversity

"Dance in Diversity"
A local modern office is built for the Concentrix office. Inspired by Concentrix's business strategy: "Global Consistency with Local Intimacy", Designer brings "Dance of Diversity" as the design concept to tell a story of richness in diversity and celebrate the moment along with various Indonesian traditional dances.
Concentrix's culture is among the best as a global tech company (Comparably, 2022). As the winner of “Best CEOs for Diversity”, Concentrix is committed to fostering an environment where everyone is included, respected, and valued.
Indonesia is very rich and diverse in culture, yet encompassed more than 300 ethnic groups and cultures, with dozens of languages, different social and cultural backgrounds.
The design concept is applied in various ways such as the pattern, shapes, and cultural elements that go along with a local design. There are 16 traditional dances incorporated into the design such as Pendet dance from Bali, Gambyong dance from Central Java, Tepak Sirih dance from Riau, Kipas Pakarena dance from South Sulawesi, and many more.
The Hand Fan, Umbrella, and Scarf elements that symbolize Indonesian traditional dance are applied with a fun and colorful atmosphere to create a Modern & Fun Office.
