TALATONA COMMERCIAL COMPLEX
The intervention sets off from occupying almost
completely the generous lot given in
Talatona, 17 km from Luanda.
The intervention is based on two fundamental
points:
• One, urbanity generator, not only with the
construction of a significant edification, but
also as the creator of a urban space that will
be the reference in this prime area of Luanda;
• Two, a rational use of space, complying
with very tight metrics while simultaneously
designing a quality space. Similarly, performing
a visually effective but simple design in
the global look, in order to attract a demanding
audience without increasing construction
costs.
