We are always enthusiastic about projects outside urban radio, we must visit them with the team before designing and building. So in the beginning when we were told that a tourist project was to be developed in Chanavayita, we immediately thought that the project would have a direct relationship with the Sea. However, the project site was distanced from the Sea, which made us think from another approach Tourism, thinking about the desert and how architecture should solve this situation through the responsible use of local resources and water scarcity (desalinated water). The Tourist Complex Noctiluca, is located 54 kms south of Iquique currently with plans to expand by the success of occupation.
