This six-level, long-span concrete frame parking structure provides 571 spaces to support the new Community Health System Office Building. Classified as an S-2 open parking garage, it was strategically designed to accommodate the growing needs of the hospital campus.
In addition to its parking functionality, the structure incorporates 2,000 square feet of retail space, further enhancing the utility and activation of the site. Designed with integration in mind, the façade aligns with the architectural language of the surrounding campus while introducing a distinct visual character.
The structure was fully modeled in Revit, enabling seamless coordination, iterative design studies, color variation reviews, and efficient production of construction documents.
