A new 2,400 sf modular building on the campus of Jefferson Senior High School along Hooper Avenue and 33rd Street to replace an existing portable building. The new school based clinic will serve both the students of Jefferson High School and the surrounding community. The project will include medical exam rooms, support facilities, new HVAC system, and ADA upgrades to the existing site.
