The task involved carrying out research for a new build development on a site near the motorway in Rudow near Schönefeld Airport. The owner wishes to develop the site and RBA were asked to examine concepts and carry out negotiations with the urban planners. The site lies in a green belt between the motorway and a former industrial zone now being redeveloped for logistics uses in connection with the automobile and truck-manufacturing industry.
