The
design of a shopping building in Tychy has been created for OST-POL
company. It is a two-storey building with locals intended for rent.
Small parcel destined for the project required unconventional spatial
solutions. It is the first building of the Investor’s chain stores
and with this project we created a unified aesthetic form for the
whole chain.
It
is a building in the form of a shutter wall with protruding
illuminated signboards of tenants. The building contains 18
commercial units.Investor: OST-POL
