The TS mall project involves the building of commercial premises and hospitality spaces on a plot of land located in Nainital (haldwani) Rampur road most up and coming area. The building is divided up symmetrically by a cube covered with dark gray MS vertical rafters and to create a striking elevation. The cube contains a triple-height space which is the very heart of the project and dominates the view of the upcoming urban area on the high way.
