RBA was asked to survey and evaluate 35,000 m² of existing office, retail and logistics area in 14 properties in 11 cities throughout Germany. RBA provided remodelling proposals, including costs, incorporating new uses and modernised office layouts to assist the marketing of the properties.
The project was carried out within a timeframe of 3 weeks in close co-operation with the clients’ facility management team.
The condition and layout of the properties varied through new build large plate structures with large retail or logistics spaces to historical, listed-status buildings with small, cellular office layouts.
