What used to be three separate Upper West Side pre-war apartments, has gradually transformed into a single home of eclectic style for the Parekh Family. Leib Designs was delighted and thankful to take part in the apartments history, by designing the Parekhs a distinguished haven of contemporary aesthetic and transitional style. The previous layout was replaced with another that allows the flow of material hues, refined home furnishings and palettes to coexist in harmony allowing each space to embrace its own multitude of lavish style. Applying new systems of air conditioning, IT wiring, and heated floors help stimulate the senses throughout the apartment.
The elegant home furnishings in each room that were custom-made by Assaf Leib were designed based on the clients requests, physique, age and Leib’s own creative perspective. Overall, we are happy to have created another residence that stands out against the rest in New York City.
