ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our clients were homeowners who wanted to design and build first floor extension for more space and a better quality of life. Specifically, they were looking to open up their ground floor layout and add a bathroom next to the bedroom on the first floor.
BEFORE
The client’s original property was a two storey mid-terrace house with a garden. They have outgrown their living space. They decided to add a first floor extension to their terraced house.
AFTER
With a first floor rear extension, several skylights and two sets of crittall doors, our client’s property increased in size and value. We also provided our clients with an open floor plan on the ground floor and a new bathroom on the first floor. These internal alterations generated a greater sense of flow between rooms and more flexibility.
