The house, designed for a young couple with two children, is located in a horizontal condominium with strong ecological appeal and with support to the sustainability of the houses to be built. The place has an extraordinary beauty, standing in front of several lakes and large areas reserved for the preservation of native forests.
The leisure area is located in front of the building lot, being necessary to walk approximately 42 meters until to reach the building. The social areas communicate with the external landscape through the front glass façade.
In the center of the building there is an uncovered garden that communicates directly with almost all rooms, allowing not only the visual integration but also the exchange and renewal of the air, ensuring adequate climatic conditions.
All the water from the roofs is collected and stored in an underground reservoir with a capacity of 25.000 liters, used for the maintenance of green areas.
The lot as a upward slope of 4.5 meters, that has been overcome with the utilization of “semi-levels” that made possible a greater physical and visual integration between the various implanted levels.
