This house was inspired by a trip to tuscany by the architect and his family. Built on a quarter acre lot it achieves privacy by orienting its long wall toward the south exposure to increase natural light in the house.
The south property line is planted with cypress trees for privacy from the adjoining neighbors. The stone wall at the front completes the courtyard concept which includes a dining terrace, Brick oven and koi pond.
The courtyard also serves as the front entry for the house.
