Cohousing il Duchino is a project born in collaboration with the Association Solidaria.It's the first project of social housing in the city of Ferrara.The project is located in a green rural area and it has involved the renovation of three buildings. The aim of the restoration project was to convert the old buildings in an high performance energy efficiency complex.
