The CTS Techno - campus is being developed at a site which is in the ‘Cyber Corridor’, Thoraipakkam, Chennai. It is well connected by road and is about 20 Km from the International Airport and less than 10km from Taramani.
The campus is about 9.12 acres in extent and comprises two Software development blocks, a Canteen & Recreation block, an Auditorium and service buildings for the utilities. The total area is 400206 sqft:
SALIENT FEATURES
Two SDB blocks, one of which is a high rise building of G+6 floors and the other a G+3 building.
Two wings on each floor. SDB1 accommodates 135 associates in each wing, while SDB2 accommodates 185 associates in each wing. The project can totally accommodate 3670 associates.
Large span (10m x 10m) spacing to minimize columns and ‘Flat Slab’ system using Drop Capitals. Avoids using beams. Ensuring better and easier distribution systems above the false ceiling.
