It is a conceptual study of a planned mixed use commercial and residential building that is situated in Cogeo, Antipolo in the province of Rizal, Philippines. The podium shall comprise of retail shops, restaurants and supermarket. While the tower is intended for residential use.

The architecture of this project is quite unique because it is modern in execution but it is traditional because of the inspiration for the design of the facade. The podium is an irregular cube volume that is wrapped in bamboo, slats. Bamboo being native to the Philippines is very abundant and very easy to manipulate. The Bamboo wraps the building in a curved envelope that is meant to mimic the leaf wrapping of a very famous delicacy native to Antipolo which is the "Suman" Sticky rice wrapped in leaves.
