The project is in the context of the redevelopment project of the Place Saint -Lambert. This is the construction of one of the four parcel of Saint-Michel island with the program for the development of a set of offices and shops .
In the design of this project, the field, a triangular shape somewhat thankless initially sets the major guidelines : recovery of the triangle pattern that would leave the sun to buildings at the rear, concentration of traffic and techniques, but above all the desire to recreate a full city block , with the desire not to favor a "main" to the detriment of the rear facade .
