The unique image of the apartment, which so confidently and convincingly proves to us that rough concrete, aerated concrete and massive porcelain stoneware in an apartment can easily seduce and fall in love with you. They seduce with their strength and monumentality, create the feeling that you are in your own fortress, create an atmosphere of security, confidence and peace. They can demonstrate their ability to be velvety and silky, but at the same time warm, cozy, pleasant ...The apartment is intended for rent.

The free layout allowed us to design a very functional and comfortable living space with a sufficient number of places for common and personal use. Technical rooms, dressing rooms and bathrooms were also organized.
A certain contribution to the atmosphere of the interior is made by a beautiful view of the Dnieper from the windows of the upper floor where the apartment is located. We placed the living room in the center of the apartment, and the full-wall window became a kind of “living picture”. You can sit at a wide window sill with a cup of aromatic coffee or a glass of wine and admire the panorama of Kyiv. Enjoy the juicy greenery of summer, the gold of autumn, the silver of winter, the morning dawn and the evening illumination of the city!
The layout issue was solved perfectly in accordance with the requirements of the customer. When it came to choosing the artistic image of the house, we had initial engineering data that influenced some decisions: the best option was to use underfloor heating and, as a result, cladding with the appropriate finishing material. Thus, we got more than 70% of the floor covered with porcelain stoneware, which is not typical for apartments. But since the customer was open to experimentation, the joint decision was to allow himself courage and freedom.
Three-meter ceilings added grandeur, we did not reduce their height and left them concrete. In addition, the walls were also left as they are, with the materials from which they were built.
It was a certain risk - with such a set of components we could get a rather cold unfriendly apartment, but the result exceeded all our expectations! Concrete, aerated concrete, brick, tile of porcelain stoneware proved to us so confidently that they can be not only brutal, but also incredibly cozy! They created the feeling that you are in your own fortress. Such monumentality and strength give the atmosphere of the apartment an impression of security, special peace ... We identified several factors for this effect: beautiful landscapes, high ceilings, the general, imperfect velvet structure of the blocks, porcelain stoneware with imitation of sandstone, solid wood furniture, rounded soft shapes, softness matte gold. Soft chairs, jute carpet - all this adds coziness to this house. The name of the COCONUT project was born at the moment when a real coconut settled in the apartment, which gave the living room a particularly warm, exotic mood and reminded us of the project itself - the project has the same strength and pleasure, enjoyment from comfort and tranquility...
