We believe that behind every good design is a complete system. Ours reimagines how small student studios can be more enjoyable, with diverse spatial typologies that adapt to the user, and do not contradict.
That is why we create minimal but generous spaces designed for each type of resident.
From conception to development to operation, |Co| Living Lavras seeks to build a holistic housing system that is generous to the inhabitants, the surroundings, and to our planet.
Based on the premises of the legislation, our building uses the maximum constructive potential with 80 housing units with areas ranging from 24 to 54m². On the ground floor there is meeting space, space to rest, Grab and go, besides commercial spaces that give support to the inhabitants. The penthouse is the space for leisure and meetings with plenty of vegetation creating a biophilic and comfortable environment to be.
