Design intentions Residential and
business building on the downtown area of Nis (Serbia). The facility
consists of underground garage, office and shops space on the ground
floor which is divided into 6 sites and residential part of the 48
living units on the other six floors. The area is 4200m2 building, while
the surface of underground is 850m2. Access to business premises with
the main streets and completely away from the residential part of that
