The new clubhouse building houses the club's social facilities, support facilities for sports, gyms and an area dedicated to the recovery of athletes with physiotherapy and massages. It was built on the same site where a previous building existed. The project also includes a new pavilion with 2 indoor padel courts, attached to the clubhouse. Three expansion areas were planned: one to the west wing with two floors (Floors 1 and 2), another to the south with 1 floor (Floor 1) and the construction of an additional upper floor with sloping roofs (Floor 3). This last floor is subdivided into two distinct volumes with a central courtyard, the solution that best suits the operation of the interior spaces intended for offices (Floor 2) and gyms, where there is a need for ample natural light, with controlled flows. The interior decoration is not the responsibility of Victor Neves, Arquitectura e Urbanismo, Lda. With regard to the architectural language of the planned intervention, the aim was to essentially maintain a morphology similar to the previously existing building, but also introducing contemporary touches through colours and exterior materials that would affirm it as an object with minimalist lines. The use of large glazed areas on the north and east sides seeks to establish a clear visual relationship between the interiors and the surrounding tennis and padel courts.
