The project to redesign the floor space at the Bar School aims to create a dedicated area for individuals in need of legal assistance. This new layout provides graduates with the opportunity to handle real-life cases under the supervision of experienced lawyers in an environment that replicates a law firm.
The concept focuses on designing a functional and welcoming space, incorporating rounded shapes and warm colors to create a reassuring atmosphere for vulnerable clients. These design elements reflect the heritage characteristics of the building, such as red brick walls and arched windows, which have been carefully preserved and highlighted.
Client confidentiality was a top priority. Consultation rooms were designed for optimal soundproofing, minimizing noise disturbances while maintaining transparency. Large windows in the rooms are equipped with velvet curtains to adjust visual privacy according to the needs of each situation.
Specific safety measures were implemented, including strategic positioning of employees and a security officer at the reception desk, providing clear visibility of the waiting area and corridors to ensure effective space monitoring.
