The building itself is planned with teaching accommodation and student facilities at ground floor, including a 140 person lecture theatre and tutorial rooms, the first floor has library accommodation, the second floor has academic offices with the third floor dedicated to research. The library is provided with a computer laboratory and collaborative study room to provide a variety of teaching spaces to compliment the tutorial rooms, lecture theatre and clinical area.
