Lima Center medical headquarters project is a nine-story building with a basement that has a seismic isolation system, and corresponds to the equivalent of a Minsa level II hospital, with 60 hospital beds, 4 surgical rooms, intensive care, outpatient consultation, diagnostic imaging
among other services.
The building is located in a context of urban transformation, where Colonial Avenue has been evolving from being a semi-industrial metropolitan road, towards residential, with the insertion of a
high density and the incorporation of new equipment.
At a volumetric level, the building is positioned as a transversal block to the avenue that allows it to have 4 functional facades and pedestrian access from an internal street that invites entry. The image of
The building seeks to break with the stereotype of the hospital building as “cold” architecture; on the contrary, it incorporates wood-type materials and colors that respond to the company's brand identity and humanize the space.
