This home sits on a steep hill sixty feet over the Long Island Sound. Virtually all of the interior has been rebuilt, and a new indoor pool has been added to the back of the house. The design was focused on enhancing the home's already stunning water views. The center feature of the interior is an illuminated glass and steel stair which connects the mezzanine, two ground levels and the basement. The owners are animal lovers with many pets, so special attention went into making the house durable and easy to maintain. The owner's pets are celebrated as art throughout the home in custom photos printed on canvas. Operable glass walls allows the pool to exist both indoors and outdoors. Structural glass skylights offer views into the pool from the house and deck above.
