The flat, located on the first floor of a building from 1950, had a confusing central corridor layout, and it had unattractive finishes apart from wooden floor of the large reception room, but it had great windows and a wonderful location facing to Putxet Park.
The new layout included a minimalist corridor hiding a large volume of built-in storage, two shower rooms, a wine storage, two bedrooms, living, dining and kitchen. The entire flat was totally renovated however, the original features of the large reception room were kept.
