The house is strategically positioned to follow the natural slope of the land, orienting the social pavilion towards the setting sun and highlighting the need for protection against direct sunlight. The architectural solution takes shape in a flat roof, covered with horizontal brises, which not only provide effective shading but also lend the residence a sophisticated atmosphere, reminiscent of mid-century American style.
The house is organized into two parallel pavilions: one intimate, measuring 35 x 9.5 meters, and the other social, measuring 50 x 8.5
meters. The entrance is through a 40 m² hall, which opens to an interior garden, creating a smooth transition between the exterior and interior spaces. In the pavilion facing east, there are four guest suites, a suite for the children, and the master suite. In the pavilion facing west, you’ll find a mudroom, offices, and a service core with a laundry and kitchen, all connected to a functional terrace. Each space is designed to provide harmony and practicality, creating an environment of comfort and tranquility.
The wine cellar, china cabinet, and an open kitchen seamlessly integrate with a gourmet kitchen, creating a direct connection to the outdoor area, highlighted by a 130 m² pool. At the far end of the social pavilion, a home theater and a kids’ space complete the layout.
In the basement, a garage with capacity for five cars and golf carts, along with a technical area and a bike room, form the home’s functional core. A service hub, accessible via a ramp, leads to the gym and tennis court, rounding out the leisure and wellness facilities.
