BBN Architects, Inc. has designed a new 55,000 s.f. mixed-use building which includes 40,000 s.f. for a young and growing company engaged in developing city and county e-government communication systems. The building’s ground level will provide restaurant and retail space.

The site for this 5-story mixed-use building is within the downtown business district and adjacent to the newly developed entertainment district. The plan provides for mixed-use space on the first floor for a new restaurant and retail space and 4 floors of office space. Construction was completed in September 2014.
