City Point is a store, located on the ground level of City Tower, Macedonia square, Sofia. The store corresponds with three main types of customers - people, working in the office building, people waiting at the tram stop on Alabin street and the ones in motion on the tram or in their car, driving on the street.
First two types of customers have a direct access to the shop and their attention is easily captured by the convenience of a near shop. The people on the street on the other hand establish only a quick visual contact while in motion.
In order to grab their attention SOVA relies on parametric design principles to create the facade. Each shelf is separated with sides under a different angle, these angles find themselves in parametric dependence from each other, providing for a different light transmission from every viewing angle. The fast street motion adds to the "moving facade" effect, guaranteeing a memorable trade look.
