City Center Balanga
City Center Balanga is an urban park development. This will preserve the green connectors that connect the city to the Mariveles mountain. It is envisioned that City Center Balanga will provide the catalyst for the development of a vibrant new district creating growth and development in the city. Civic pride must be developed and instilled to encourage settlement and develop social character. A more open and connected civic center will show how democracy works and how people can more readily access local government. The ability of local governments to respond and interact with the population is a strength and should be more evident in civic buildings.Maintaining the city’s charm and character and its natural attractions will ensure that tourism arrivals continue to increase and trade will flourish by way of an increasing population and density.
