Our brief was to create a simple, functional and yet stylish enough house within the client's very limited budget. 240 m2 built area, the house to accomodate 5 bedrooms for the whole family.
Front building facade is in boxy shape combining grey wall and exposed orange brick. While the interior dominated by spacious double volume living room. The interior theme embraced a slight industrial style i.e exposed cement floor, brick wall cladding and "naked" steel staircase.
