This townhouse are design by the request of a client, who want to build one of his property into a townhouse and a place to stay for himself. My client name is Mr. Reza, he was a businessman and collector of art, especially painting. He wants to build 8 studio-type apartment units and a nice place to live for himself. For this apartment, since they use the existing building, we designed not more than two floors, given the length of the building is not prepared for a multi-storey building. After we measure, and we have developed the designs into the plan, we get an efficient size for an apartment unit is 8x4m. To connect the first and second floor we put two staircase is used for two units side by side on the upper floor. While the unit under accessible by footpaths and there is a terrace and garden in front of the unit. For the unit at the top do not have a garden, but instead they have a balcony which is a very nice place to relax after work. Each unit has a bathroom and its own mini kitchen and a comfortable sofa to take a rest while listening to favorite music or watching favorite movies . All the furniture is built-in to fit the dimensions of the room is not too large.
For the private area of the owner, we designed a master bedroom which is connected with a work space that is wide enough and balcony / private terrace area that can be used by the owner for tanning in the morning, or enjoy a warm coffee before his daily activity as a businessman. Private room and the terrace we place on the top floor, while on the lower floor there is a spacious living room that connected with dining room and beautiful kitchen . Also on the lower floor there is also a gallery space that can be use by owner to display his collection of art like paintings and sculptures as well as several other collections. We also not forget to design an awesome swiming pool that is a relief to be used for swimming as well as mingle with his closest friends. In the pool area there is a gazebo and a mini bar that can be used for a place to rest while enjoying drinks and snacks from the mini bar. Design is an area we created in such a way to resemble the atmosphere of Bali because the homeowner was very pleased with the Bali peaceful and serene atmosphere.
