Influenced by the Italian Neoclassical, the house has an actual distribution, orienting the main rooms towards the more hierarchical garden spaces, and assigning the main entrance the importance which requires the chosen style
The distribution of plans clearly difference functions, placing social and services on the ground floor and private on top, linking each other through the double height hall, generated by the marble staircase with forged iron railings and bronze.
