Natural Light and Ventilation as determinants for Unit Design: Residential apartments have been designed with large fenestration for light and ventilation. The vertical fins on the tower act as a shading device for controlling direct sun into the rooms. The small available front & rear landscape provides a relief from the surrounding built up. Each floor consists of four 2bhk Units to a core. . The idea was to create a Multi unit residential building which effeciently shares the common areas while adhering to the maximisation of the lighting and ventilation. The double wall on the outer periphery works to regulate the heat load on the building.
