The Chistye Prudy Clubhouse is just one step away from the water, surrounded by silence. The building is located in one of the most romantic and prestigious places in Moscow, 50 meters away from Chistye Prudy. Pre-revolutionary architecture of the beginning of the 20th century with its elaborate costly facade and a solemn front entrance is complemented by an exquisite design.
Only 31 lots are offered in this authentic, delicately reconstructed 1915 historic mansion with an amazing spacious lobby. Unique and luxurious apartments (two – four per floor) with stunningly high ceilings from 3.75 to 5.25 m, duplex penthouses with fireplaces and terraces where one can spend quiet evenings enjoying views of old Moscow, Chistoprudny Boulevard, and the Kremlin.
There is a lobby bar for brief meetings inside the building where one can enjoy a cup of coffee, waiting for housemates or order take-away.
The layouts of the apartments are as functional as possible, thought-out to the smallest detail, each of them is unique in its own way. Many apartments have fireplaces. Spacious balconies are presented in most of the apartments.

One of the largest and greenest boulevards in the city neighbors the building; the windows of all the apartments overlook a quiet courtyard. There are no cars and outsiders in the spacious green courtyard-garden with a fountain.
Residing here, one can jog in the shade of old trees around Chistye Prudy and along the boulevards. Nearby are the best walking areas in Moscow – boulevards, which together with the embankment form a 10 km long ring. Quiet lanes and streets pleasant to walk in the evenings of the historic center surround the building: Krivokolenny, Armenian, Sverchkov, Potapovsky.
