Chinese Skyscraper Hotel ~ 01-11-2011I have a friend in China that inspired me to design this. As you enter the soaring atrium, Budda will greet you sitting in the middle of a multi-level fountain. The atrium's rising glass curtain wall will include a red glass ribbon within the design. This interior atrium will rise open to the top of the building.At the main entrance the dragons will greet visitors and the wings will act like awnings. Two elevators are at each end of the outdoor plaza. At the rear of the building, the third level will encompass park grounds with a lake. The main entry is lowered into the ground. If you take the elevators, the outdoor ramps, or the stairs up to the third level this will place you at the outdoor park behind the building. One will be able to enter the level two underground shopping plaza from the park area.At this level two area, there will be an underground interior shopping center that will connect to adjacent buildings. At the lower level, level one, (Which is the main entry level.) there will be a way for the delivery trucks to enter the underground lower level drop off zone. The building is round in design but designed in an arced floor plan. I plan to draw this in 3D to show the buildings true form.
