A project for a banking establishment was a retrofit and addition to an existing warehouse. The new facility makes extensive use of skylights in 2-story spaces to bring light to interior spaces resulting in a more comfortable and pleasant place to work and bank. Incorporated into the existing structure are an interior drive thru, protected vault, elevator, and interior roof deck off of a second floor lunchroom. As a requirement of modern banking facilities, extensive computer and communications network wiring had to be installed and electrical and mechanical systems updated.
