This mixed-use master plan for three adjacent sites sided by the East Second Ring Road of Chengdu features a 260,000 sqm commercial development that connects the future metro station into a loop of retail, 2 office towers, hotels and serviced apartments revolving around an open inner court of sunken plazas . Adjacent to it, an equally large 10-tower residential development is carefully layout to guarantee unobstructed views and south-facing aspect to all apartments and to maximize the green area for public amenities and club-house facilities.
