The apartment was quite dated with two bedrooms and one bathroom at the first floor and living room , dining room and kitchen at the ground floor with access to a large rear patio area.
During the 6 months of the project we have created, thanks to a complex structural jigsaw, two bedrooms with each an ensuite bathroom and a landing linen cupboard whilst downstairs we have maintained the living room and dining room area, introduced a cloak room under the stairs and double the size of the kitchen still within the existing walls.
