The project is located in Bosques de las lomas, when the client bought the apartment, it was decided to modify the entire distribution completely, achieving a proposal where it was sought that most of the spaces had natural lighting and ventilation; as well as take advantage of the view while all the spaces were connected.
The department's proposal is open in the common area, but delimited by light drawers and light furniture, which allows visual connection within each of the spaces, we highlight an apparent concrete wall that goes from the room to the bedroom and that It contrasts with a wooden lambrin that wraps the entire apartment, with the double function of using the structure as a finish, which reduces costs without sacrificing design.
The materials used seek to create a clean and contrasting space; the combination between the dark floor, apparent beams and white panels; they result in an elegant space in their nature.
The selected furniture allows an integration with the finishes, since they are in the same range of colors, thus playing with different materials, colors and textures.
