One of the most common happenings that we observe in building industry is Building construction without having any perfect goal or predetermined planning that endup with wasting so much financial and natural resources, that result of these kind of happenings mostly is visual abnormality and disruption of the urban fabric. and the employer of this project bought and made decision to rebuild and identify this building in unsettled conditions that the bricklaying wasn’t even fully done. The design team also examined the project in the two main graphs of planning relationships and its correction and the effect of the existing structure on the project view. Based on this, we tried to achieve it with the least substantive change in planning relations only in order to organize it In the next step, it was decided to remove the appendages added to the project facade, which were not very stable. In order to redesign the facade, the impact of the structure on the facade and the location of the building in a dead-end alley of a 10-meter alley should have been investigated. Based on these two basic items, the units took a wider view of the street while maintaining their dynamics, and finally, the project for revival, embracing green vases, wore a brick garment with a contemporary color.
