Architect Bruno Montosa, from Montosa Arquitetos, led this reconstruction on a farm, responding to the request of the owners who use the place for leisure, alternating its use for meetings, dinners, and events. The initial idea was to present a renovation project for the existing building, but the solution found was to demolish the old structure and build a new one, a space designed for entertaining, but also contemporary and cozy.

The new project prioritizes the look of the farm, the pleasant green space, and the landscape. What once seemed hidden outside is now visible, and visitors can enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the farm, in a complete integration between the exterior and interior of the site.

With a pavilion concept, the new construction has a contemporary-style straight metal structure on the roof. This “dry” construction method helped to maintain the accelerated schedule requested by the clients. The architectural line features glass panels, natural yet sophisticated materials such as stone and wood, as well as burnt cement details. This style of construction also contributed to generating little waste.

The large balcony is used for lunches and weekend parties, so the space had to be large, and the living room had to have a flexible layout that could be readjusted for different uses. The concept is light, with few walls, Cumaru wood paneling, and glass panels integrating the rooms with the garden. The doors slide open, facilitating circulation and flow in the space.

The interior space has a table that seats up to 20 people, as well as an integrated kitchen with a barbecue. The kitchen ceiling is lower than the rest of the structure, giving it a cozy and intimate atmosphere for family gatherings and events.

The materials are easy to maintain but have an excellent visual impact, such as stones on the walls, porcelain tile flooring, and burnt cement finishes, which provide uniformity and highlight the wood and stones. The Cumaru wood ceiling has few direct lighting points, resulting in a contemporary atmosphere.

The farm already had tall trees and palm trees, beautiful landscaping from the entrance, and this was maintained to further enhance the location. The outdoor area, which already had space for hammocks and a swimming pool, was renovated, further enhancing the leisure area.

The interior design and furniture, with selected pieces developed in partnership with architect Valéria Kuchpel, features a neutral color palette, as well as occasional furniture with horizontal lines. Everything was done to create a light and cozy atmosphere, while still being a farmhouse that brings family and friends together to socialize.

O arquiteto Bruno Montosa, da Montosa Arquitetos, comandou esta reconstrução em uma chácara, atendendo ao pedido dos proprietários que utilizam o local para o lazer, alternando o uso em reuniões, jantares e eventos. E a ideia inicial era apresentar um projeto de reforma na construção existente, mas a solução encontrada foi demolir a estrutura antiga e construir um local novo, um espaço feito para receber, mas também contemporâneo e aconchegante.

O novo projeto prioriza o visual da chácara, o agradável espaço verde e a paisagem. O que antes parecia escondido lá fora, agora ganha visibilidade e os frequentadores podem usufruir do belo ambiente da chácara, numa integração completa entre o externo e interno do local.

Com conceito de pavilhão, a nova construção tem uma estrutura metálica reta estilo contemporânea na cobertura. Esta forma de construir ‘a seco’ ajudou a manter o cronograma acelerado pedido pelos clientes. A linha arquitetônica apresenta panos de vidro, materiais naturais e ao mesmo tempo, sofisticados, como pedra e madeira, além de detalhes em cimento queimado. A obra neste estilo também contribuiu para gerar poucos resíduos.

A grande varanda é usada para almoços e festas de fins de semana e para isso o espaço teria que ser amplo, e o salão com flexibilidade de lay out, que pode ser reajustado para os diversos usos. O conceito é leve, com poucas paredes, forro em madeira Cumaru e panos de vidro integrando os ambientes com o jardim. As portas correm, facilitando a circulação e fluxo no local.

O espaço interno possui uma mesa que atende até 20 pessoas, além de uma cozinha integrada com churrasqueira. O teto da cozinha é mais baixo que o restante da estrutura, dando clima aconchegante e intimista para a realização de reuniões e eventos em família.

Os materiais são de fácil manutenção, mas com excelente impacto visual, como pedras nas paredes, o piso em porcelanato e o acabamento em cimento queimado, dão uniformidade e destacam a madeira e as pedras. O forro em madeira Cumaru tem poucos pontos de iluminação direcionados, resultando num clima contemporâneo.

A chácara já tinha árvores altas e palmeiras, um paisagismo bonito desde a entrada e isto foi mantido para valorizar ainda mais o local. A parte externa, que já tinha local para redes e piscina, recebeu uma reforma, valorizando ainda mais a aérea de lazer.

O projeto de interiores e mobiliário, com peças selecionadas desenvolvido em parceria com a arquiteta Valéria Kuchpel, apresenta uma paleta neutra de cores, além de móveis pontuais com linhas horizontais. Tudo para criar um clima leve e aconchegante, sem deixar de ser a chácara que reúne familiares e amigos para se confraternizarem.
