The project has two Occupational Activities Centers, each one prepared for 60 persons, with their own dinning hall and kitchen. It houses bedrooms for 24 users, an independent living unit for 5 users and the administration office of the institution Cerciespinho.
The building perpendicularly merges some small volumes that compose the inner space and articulate the different programs, derived from the main longitudinal body, established parallel to an existing volume on site, which houses the workshops of Cerciespinho.
