HED is the Executive Architect for this major residential project. The Century Plaza Towers are two ultra-luxury condominium towers located to the west of the historic Century Plaza Hotel. Designed by acclaimed New York architectural firm Pei Cobb Freed, HED is Executive Architect for both towers as well as the top five floors of the existing hotel, which will be converted into condo units. The tower suites will have various configurations of unit types as well as multi-floor penthouses.
