The project comprises 28 lettable shops on 2 levels and a multi-functional pent floor level with access to two independent outdoor spaces. Each shop is fitted with private conveniences and accessed from a corridor which runs in front of the shops.
The ground floor shops open up onto a central courtyard which is conceived as a rest area for shoppers, temporary promotional spaces and a spillover the eating area for a café on the ground floor.
The design is modern with clean lines and an understated style in keeping with the requirements of the client.
