A business and entertainment park which features an
innovative mix of uses; business park by day and exhibition / art/ concert
venue by night.  The  business and entertainment park design and
built form are a modern interpretation of India traditional mogul architecture
which is characterized by its regular geometric forms, courtyard concept and
cooling water features. A public plaza comes alive at night hosting outdoor
functions and events. Dynamic facades are designed to be part of the art
displays and exhibitions.   Carbon foot print targets are set at the
outset of the project from the site selection until completion, operation and
during life cycle of the buildings.  Dr. Chafia Ferhat and Fenn Team working very
