This is a project for a research facility pavilion for the university of Montreal. More precisely, the building is designed for gastronomic researches. The program includes a restaurant, an exposition hall, a library, an auditorium of 250 seats, research offices, three greenhouses and a cafeteria.The project is made of two components : The first is a big ramp with wide sections dedicated to urban agriculture on its roof. The second component is dedicated to the research, the restaurant and the main hall.Done with Jean-François Desroches
